There are specific reasons why you cannot lose weight or gain weight. Until your reasons are eliminated, all the Positive Thinking in the world will not change your weight without a lot of Efforting. When you eliminate your Blocks, you naturally eat an appropriate amount of healthy food, consistently exercise at a safe level, truly appreciate your body all the time and finally attract people who appreciate and support you.
How to Begin LOSING WEIGHT immediately!
Millions of people spend billions of
dollars each year "trying to lose weight" with
little or no success. In fact, even with our increased
awareness of nutrition and exercise, a higher percentage of our
population is overweight and underexercised each year.
While we could certainly challenge our current
"standards" for the "perfect body" as well as
our beliefs about exercise and health, it is very clear that the
ONLY way you can gain weight is by taking in more calories
(including fats, proteins and carbohydrates), plus vitamins,
minerals, oxygen and water, than you burn through bodily
functions, normal movement, work, play and exercise. Any
other answer simply defies the Laws of Physics.
You consistently overeat and underexercise
for a very good reason: you have a Block
to controlling your intake of food and exercising
appropriately. Once the source of your Block
is identified and removed, you will naturally eat and exercise at
your healthy level; plus, you will feel good about the
body you have "chosen" AND attract people who also
appreciate your body.
An appropriate question might be, "Why
do I overeat/underexercise?" Then note the thoughts
and images that come to mind: these are clues to the source
of your Blocks. I like to
call this Question Therapy (TM): that is, by asking
the right questions, you can learn anything you need to know
about yourself or the Universe. Asking good questions
pinpoints why (the real excuses, the real Blocks)
