Therefore, I can quickly and easily schedule
a Workshop or a Lecture for less than 100 to
greater than 1000 participants at your organization. I
provide complete professional support of the sponsoring process
by e-mail and/or telephone. And I can even demonstrate
WIN-R for you
and/or your staff to clarify your decision to sponsor your first Workshop.
NOTE: While I enjoy leading Workshops and presenting Lectures, I have purposely designed my complete instant SUCCESS Program to be immediately available to you and your organization without my direct involvement. public (and some private) Workshops
and Lectures, I can add
detailed information to my Event
Schedule, including the web site URL and the e-mail
address of the sponsor.

can provide portrait letter-size, portrait half-letter-size and
landscape half-letter-size, camera-ready Workshop
and Lecture announcements
which can be printed or copied; each has an 85-line halftone
black-and-white picture of myself.
O I
can provide a press release and black-and-white photographs of
myself.
O I
can send e-mail press releases to local media (they can download
my picture, Brian-West.jpg).
O I
can provide a three-column-wide by three-inch-high newspaper
advertisement.
O I
can provide other sizes, shapes and colors of promotional
materials in hard and soft formats.
O Depending
upon my surface travel time between Workshop
locations, I can lead as many as three, three-hour Workshops each day (morning,
afternoon and evening).
O I
usually make my own travel arrangements. However, if I do
not already plan to be in your area at the time of a Workshop or Lecture,
I usually request that extra travel expenses be paid in advance.
O After
we have agreed how a Workshop
and/or a Lecture will be
handled, I send two signed Letters of Confirmation/Agreement
and the master promotional materials to the sponsor. The
sponsor reviews and signs both Letters, then returns one
signed Letter to Brian West within two
weeks.

O In a corporate setting, my Workshop is usually known as instant
SUCCESS.
O In
a public or private, non-business setting, my Workshop can be known as instant
SUCCESS or Prosperity Made Simple.
Workshop
Environment
O Workshops
are usually three hours with a 15 minute break half way through.
O I
typically lead Workshop
participants through 20 powerful, yet quick and easy, Exercises from my instant
SUCCESS Book.
O To
provide an empowering environment for each participant:
1) Electronic recording of the Workshop is NOT allowed
without prior approval (note that my instant SUCCESS Book is available at the Workshop or by mail).
2) Sharing the experiences of other Workshop participants is forbidden.
3) Electronic equipment tones must be
turned OFF in the Workshop
room.
4) Weapons of any kind are NOT
allowed in the Workshop
room.
O Workshop seating is usually
theater style and it is not necessary to move chairs or share
anything with anyone during the Workshop.
O Drinking
water and restrooms should be available during the break.
O I
usually require a good, voice-quality sound system with one
wireless lapel microphone. For particularly large groups,
at least one wireless hand microphone and a volunteer
"runner" are helpful to hear occasional questions from
participants (I do repeat questions, however).
O Unless
the Workshop sponsor
plans to resell my products through an on-site Book Store, I
usually have extra copies of my Pocket
Program Summary and copies of my Book available for sale during
the break and immediately after the Workshop,
and both are always available directly from me through the mail.
I usually handle all product sales.
Workshop
Finances
O My Workshops
are usually presented for FREE admission; however, Workshops can also be presented
for a fixed fee per participant or per event.
O By
prior agreement, specific extra or unusual expenses for the Workshop sponsor or Brian
West can be deducted before the net Workshop
income is determined.
O I
provide a FREE instant
SUCCESS Pocket Program Summary
for each Workshop
participant.
O For
the written Exercises,
each participant must bring a notebook (preferably letter-size)
that can be used while sitting in a chair.
O In
a corporate setting, the Workshop
coordinator at the business usually collects the name and
telephone number and/or e-mail address of each Workshop
participant during the Workshop.
Within two weeks after the Workshop
date, the coordinator asks each participant to determine the
business value received from the Workshop
material during and after the Workshop.
Then, the coordinator calculates the total value received and
adjusts the total amount downward when it is beyond reasonable
business practice. Of course, more value can be
acknowledged later, particularly as the business continues to
receive value from the Program.
Finally, within one month of the Workshop
date, the coordinator sends a check for the final net amount from
the business to Brian West, along with a list of
the original business values received by the participants.
O In
a public or private, non-business setting, near the
conclusion of the Workshop,
I ask the Workshop
participants to determine the value that they received from the Workshop. Then, I ask the
participants to decide how much they can reasonably pay at the
conclusion of the Workshop.
Of course, they can pay more later, particularly as they continue
to receive value from the Program.
Then, the amount is collected from each participant with checks
usually written to the Workshop
sponsor. When I have completed product sales immediately
after the conclusion of the Workshop,
I count the total amount received with a representative of the
sponsor, using special log forms I have designed for this
purpose. Finally, a check for 50% of the net amount
collected is written from the sponsor to Brian West;
however, by prior arrangement the check can be mailed to Brian
West within one month.

O My Lectures
are typically less than thirty minutes; if longer, an instant
SUCCESS Workshop
or a Prosperity Made Simple Workshop
should be considered.
O Sunday
mornings are available for Lectures
during the Services at a Church.
O Lectures are usually presented
for an honorarium which is paid in advance.
O Lectures may be electronically
recorded for non-commercial use only.
