From my experience with thousands of
people in over 400 live workshops, West
Instant Neuro-Reprogramming, known as WIN-R ("winner"), is
best learned by COMPLETELY letting go of your anger toward
another person. Then you can quickly and easily apply WIN-R to any other specific Block to success (other Applications are described in
my Book). Pick a
person in a situation which meets the following criteria:
1) you are STILL angry toward
this person who could be dead or alive,
2) the situation started
"OK" but changed to "not OK" and
3) you are ready to COMPLETELY
let go of your anger toward the person.

Instant Neuro-Reprogramming, known as WIN-R ("winner"), is
only Step 1);
however, it is more easily understood when three steps are added
(for your first WIN-R,
choose to completely let go of your anger toward another
person, dead or alive):
a) Recall a "true" or "false" situation which began "OK" but changed to "not OK," and you still feel violated or helpless. (You have not always had this Block, and there was a reason why you were in the place where the situation occurred.) Briefly replay the situation in your mind.
b) When you first felt "not OK," your Inner Guidance was warning that you did not say or do something you wanted (whether you could have or not) or that you said or did something you should not have. The bad news is that you violated yourself! Perhaps you feared physical, emotional, verbal or spiritual abuse; feared losing time, love, money, security or a job; tried to forget, rather than heal, some emotional or physical pain; let logic override your Inner Guidance; did not focus enough on events affecting your success; or were born with the problem. Justified or not, violating yourself initiated your negative memories and behaviors. (This is why bad things happen to good people.) Replay the situation in your mind, noting how you feel to have violated yourself! The good news is that you just forgave (not approved of, but cleared the negative energy on) the external situation, but now you must forgive yourself.
1) Simply replay the situation in your mind, acting out in your mind what you wanted to say or do, or not say or do, to honor yourself in this situation. Anything is possible in your mind!
c) If you need more than one minute, you are not sure what to do, your negative memories are not completely gone or your solution would be disempowering, repeat Step 1) with your earliest memory of violation in this or a similar situation. Note how you feel to finally experience honoring yourself in the original, causative situation. Since your mind and body cannot hold two opposing memories about the initiating situation, forgiving instantly replaces your memory of feeling powerLESS with a new memory of feeling powerFUL; all related, later violations are also healed. Now you know how to Honor Your Inner Guidance in any similar, future situation. You have eliminated your Block and reinforced a habit of Success!
